Approved produce backed by The Meat & Livestock Association along with an extensive range of quality seafood. Fully open kitchens encourage staff & customers to interact & there are plenty of surprises in-store to create a memorable dining experience.

The concept has been developed by Graeme & Denise Diamond who have been involved in the hospitality & retail industries for 20 years. Their vision is to create a string of destination restaurants where families, business people & travelers alike can enjoy quality steak, seafood & service with a smile whilst enjoying a range of facilities rarely seen at any one dining establishment.

We offer full support from site selection, lease negotiations, store fit-outs, menu selection, significant purchasing power, operations, advice on staffing & management, coordination of advertising & promotions & MUCH MORE!

Our fit-outs are earthy yet modern. Diners are able to choose their own piece of meat from our display fridges, digital screens play country rock music & major sporting events. Meals represent true value for money & there is a large wine selection to compliment with children well catered for. Stores will have a range of branded merchandise for sale & Jack the Crocodile is the group's mascot.
