The Outback Jacks concept is the brainchild of Graeme and Denise Diamond who have been in the hospitality and retail industries for 20 years. Their vision is to create a string of destination restaurants where families, business people and travellers alike can enjoy quality steak, seafood and service with a smile whilst enjoying a range of facilities rarely seen at any one dining establishment.
One of the advantages of becoming a franchise is that you're never on your own! We offer full support from site selection, lease negotiations, store fit-outs, menu selection, significant purchasing power, operations, advice on staffing and management, coordination of advertising and promotions and MUCH MORE!
We believe in hands-on, motivated franchisees with a true desire to grow the brand through exceptional business habits and a realisation that each customer is an opportunity to market ourselves further.
Our fit-outs are earthy yet modern. Diners are able to choose their own piece of meat from our display fridges, digital screens play country rock music and major sporting events. Meals represent true value for money and there is a large wine selection to compliment with children well catered for. Stores will have a range of branded merchandise for sale and Jack the Crocodile is the group's mascot.
