1. Use of this website
You may use this site for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, or use it for any unlawful purpose. We may update, suspend or change the site and these terms at any time; the current version always applies.
2. Bookings
Table reservations may be handled by a third-party booking provider under their own terms. A booking is a request for a table at a requested time and is confirmed when you receive confirmation from us or our provider. Please arrive on time - tables may be held for a limited period and released if you are significantly late. Large groups, functions and the 1kg Challenge may require advance notice. We may need to vary, move or cancel bookings due to availability or circumstances beyond our control.
3. Menu, prices & orders
Menu items, prices and availability may change without notice and are subject to seasonal supply. Prices shown on this website are a guide only and the prices in venue apply. Images are serving suggestions and may differ from the dish served. Takeaway and delivery orders placed through Uber Eats, DoorDash or other partners are subject to those partners' own terms, fees and delivery areas.
4. Allergens & dietary information
We handle nuts, gluten, dairy, shellfish, eggs and other allergens in our kitchen, and we cannot guarantee any dish is completely free from traces of an allergen. Dietary and allergen information is provided in good faith as a guide. If you have a food allergy or intolerance, please speak with our team before ordering so we can help you choose.
5. Promotions & specials
Weekly specials and promotions are available at Outback Jacks Northbridge, for dine-in unless stated otherwise. Unless we say so, specials are not valid in conjunction with any other offer or discount, may exclude public holidays, apply to selected items only, and run while stocks last. We may vary, substitute or withdraw any special or promotion at any time. Specific conditions displayed with an offer in venue or on this site form part of these terms.
6. The 1kg Steak Challenge
The 1kg Steak Challenge ("the Challenge") is offered at Outback Jacks Northbridge subject to the following conditions:
- The Challenge is one kilogram of cooked steak plus the loaded sides it is served with, to be consumed by a single participant in one sitting.
- No sharing, swapping or assistance is permitted. The participant must remain seated for the duration of the attempt.
- The entire serving of steak and sides must be finished. A time limit applies and is set by the venue; please confirm the current limit when booking.
- Participants who complete the Challenge within the time limit earn a place on the Outback Jacks Wall of Legends and leaderboard. Any reward offered for completion is determined by the venue and confirmed at the time of booking; it may be varied or withdrawn at any time.
- Where the Challenge is not completed, the meal is charged at the standard menu price.
- The Challenge is open to guests aged 18 and over. Under-18s may participate only with a parent or guardian present and consenting.
- Bookings are recommended. The Challenge is subject to availability and stock and may be unavailable at peak times.
Health & safety. The Challenge involves consuming a large quantity of food in a short period, which carries health risks. You should not attempt it if you are pregnant, unwell, have any medical condition, or have a food allergy or dietary restriction. Participants take part entirely at their own risk. To the extent permitted by law, Outback Jacks Northbridge and its staff are not liable for any illness, injury, loss or damage arising from participation. Management's decision in relation to the Challenge is final.
7. Gift cards
Outback Jacks gift cards are redeemable for food and beverages at Outback Jacks Northbridge only. Gift cards are valid for three (3) years from the date of purchase, unless a longer period is required by law. They are not redeemable for cash, are not reloadable unless stated, and cannot be replaced if lost, stolen or damaged. Gift cards may not be valid with some promotional offers. If the value of a purchase exceeds the gift card balance, the difference must be paid by another method. Purchase and use of gift cards is also subject to any terms printed on the card or provided at purchase.
8. Responsible service of alcohol
Outback Jacks Northbridge holds a liquor licence and practises the responsible service of alcohol. It is an offence to sell or supply alcohol to, or to obtain alcohol on behalf of, a person under the age of 18 years. We may ask for valid photo identification and may refuse service at our discretion. Please drink responsibly and arrange safe transport home.
9. Intellectual property
All content on this site - including the Outback Jacks name, logos, text, graphics and images - is owned by or licensed to Outback Jacks Bar & Grill and may not be copied, reproduced or used without permission.
10. Liability
This site is provided "as is". Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to those rights, and to the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or reliance on, this site or its content.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that state.
